The oldest intact historic neighborhood in Montgomery, Cottage Hill was brought back to life in the 1970s.Prior to that time, many of the homes had fallen into disrepair, but the hard work of dedicated preservationists brought fresh life into the area. Walk, drive or bicycle through this neighborhood and you will find beautiful cottages as well as grand homes built in the mid-1800s to the early-1900s.
Interested in becoming a neighbor? The best way to know which homes are for sale is to visit the neighborhood and look for signs, and to seek out local realtors and real estate information.
Houses shown below are in the Cottage Hill area. Some are on the perhaps unofficial fringes of the neighborhood boundaries, but we include them here as a service to the community at large. Please consider the photos of these homes as a guide to the types of homes Cottage Hill is blessed with. Houses shown here were available at the time they were posted, but we make no promises they're available when you get here to look at them. Also, we're not real estate agents - CHF is a neighborhood association - so we're not trying to sell these places, just fishing for some great new neighbors!
